RETURNS

* Installation of aftermarket part(s) may void the manufacturer warranty coverage on your vehicle. Please make sure you know all the costs and risks with the use of any aftermarket parts.*

** Unauthorized returns will not be accepted!! If you need to return an item, please contact us first. With exceptions of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be the buyer's responsibility.**

Refund and Exchange Policy

Unused, undamaged, and unopened manufacturers packing are eligible for an exchange without any restocking fee. Please contact our customer service department for further assistance.

Claims for missing parts or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours after receipt of items.

Returns and exchanges requests must be made within 15 days of receipt at shipping address.

If conditions below are met, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.

 1.  Please contact us with details of the problem with some photos ready.
2.  All returns are strictly to be sent prepaid. We do not accept any freight collect or COD packages.
3.  We recommend you insure returned parts to protect yourself against loss with the carrier.
4.  Items should be in as-received condition with no signs of wear or installation.
5.  Items must be returned together with original packaging with all contents included.
6.  Items must be returned with the RMA number or Return Reference clearly marked on packaging.
7.  Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
8.  Certain engine and internal parts are non-returnable or exchangeable after installation
9.  No returns will be accepted without invoice number and date of sale.
10.  Any refused shipments do not automatically constitute the right to a refund or credit. Freight expenses associated with refused shipments due to wrong address or non-collection shall be borne by the customer.

 

All returns excluding defective or damaged items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Credit card refunds may take an extra 3-7 days to be reinstated depending on your credit card.

 

Cancellations

1.  All canceled orders will assess a 5% cancellation fee. 
2.  We will first confirm that your order has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer. Once confirmed, you will be issued a refund minus cancellation fees.
3.  Orders already shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer cannot be cancelled and will be regarded under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.
4.  Do not return items without prior approval. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required.

 

WARRANTY RETURNS

We inspect each item for defects before sending them out, however if we have missed anything, warranty claims may be made. Although we do not provide any direct warranty on any items sold, some products have an extended warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for help. Please note, warranty processing may take up to 8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
