SHIPPING POLICIES
Maximum load is 20kg, but size restrictions also apply. If an order is oversize, we will have to split the order into multiple shipments at a small additional cost or use another courier.
There is no shipping insurance on shipments by default, if you would like to add on insurance for your shipment for a small fee, please let us know before making a purchase.
In cases where an item is out of stock or is a special order item, we will notify you with an approximate ETA or recommend an alternative part.
LOSS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Please let us know as soon as possible if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep everything in the parcel and also have some pictures ready if possible. Claims will be handled through the carrier used and our store. We will assist our customers through such claims. This process may take several days or more to complete so please be patient with us.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Once we ship out your order, we will email you confirmation and a tracking number. Usually we will use Poslaju/Pos Malaysia parcel courier services to deliver your items:
