INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship by standard economy with tracking, which is decently quick. However, we have a range of express services such as Aramex, DHL or UPS to accommodate. Additional charges apply for express services. To avoid any processing delays, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Maximum load is 20kg, but size restrictions also apply. If an order is oversize, we will have to split the order into multiple shipments at a small additional cost or use another courier.
In cases where an item is out of stock or is a special order item, we will notify you with an approximate ETA or recommend an alternative part.
Typical delivery times are estimated as below for normal air shipping (Parcel/EMS):

CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT DUTIES, VAT
Please be aware that Moto-Gaga Parts & Accessories are not responsible for and will not reimburse any charges incurred upon arrival of our products abroad.
Buyers/importers agree to take full responsibility for any charges incurred by importing goods into YOUR country, as each region has different import tax laws.
These charges include, but are not limited to:
- Import duties/Taxes
- Import VAT
- Custom fees
- Storage fees
- Any Courier extra surcharges after hand-over
- Any other charges incurred as a result of importing goods ordered from us
Prices and cost of shipping published on our website are final and do not include any import charges.
Our packages are normally marked as "bike parts" for customs clearance, if you have any special request regarding declaration please contact us. Tires, liquids and batteries may have difficulties being shipped internationally hence we do not ship those. Shock absorbers may have a chance to be returned/rerouted, we will work out any issues if so.
LOSS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Please let us know as soon as possible if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep everything in the parcel and also have some pictures ready if possible. Claims will be handled through the carrier used and our store. We will assist our customers through such claims. This process may take several weeks or more to complete so please bear with us.
There is no shipping insurance on shipments by default, if you would like to add on insurance for your shipment for a small fee, please let us know before making a purchase.
Once we ship out your order, we will email you confirmation and a tracking number. After your item has arrived in your country, you may continue to track your item using your local national postal service. For example:
Australia – auspost.com.au
Greece – elta.gr
UK – royalmail.com
USA – usps.com
And so on…
The level of tracking varies for each carrier and shipping service. Please understand that we have no control over this. Please note that some countries postal service fails to update the parcel once it goes overseas, until it has been delivered. Parcels however will still arrive within the estimated time frame.
If you need detailed tracking we recommend DHL, FedEx or UPS. Contact us before purchasing if you require a specific service to avoid processing delays.

Please fill in your address and select your country upon checkout, shipping options will be calculated for you automatically. Shipping is based on the total weight of the items in your cart and region/country.
