How much will it cost to ship my order?

Most of our items ship by registered standard air parcel, with an arrival time of up to 30 days. Maximum load is 20kg, but size restrictions also apply. If an order is oversize, we will notify you that we have to split the order into multiple shipments for a small fee or use another courier.

Shipping zones/rates table is available on the shipping page. Shipping is calculated from the total item weights in your cart. If you require express delivery for your order, our store helpers will be able to get you a price quote. 

 

When will my order ship?

As our we do not have many shipments as of now, to maintain operating costs we will be sending out deliveries twice a week on weekdays, once at the beginning and one more time near the end of the week.

 

Are all your items in stock and ready to ship?

No, we do not keep stock for all our items. We work together with several distributors and dealers to cover a wide variety of parts, to save on operational costs and maximize efficiency. However most of our items should be prepared to ship within a week of purchase.

 

When will an out of stock item ship?

Should any item take longer than usual to restock, we will notify you of the time it will take to get the part. You may also cancel the item for a full refund. You can also ask us if a specific item is in stock or not before purchasing.

 

I need my order fast. How can you help?

You may request express delivery service for an additional surcharge. Premium couriers we use are DHL and Fedex. Please contact us for a shipping quote for your item. Delivery should take a maximum of 5 days to the USA, shorter times elsewhere. Delivery is not available on Sundays.

My parts are excessively delayed, what can I do?

Currently we are getting our stock from a limited amount of sources, we may not have the correct item in store at times, especially for items with many color choices. If your item is delayed for too long, you can cancel for a full refund anytime as long as it has not been shipped out. 

 

Can I pay for my order when I receive it from my courier?

No, at this moment we do not work together with courier companies to collect payment, all payment has to be completed beforehand before orders are processed.

How do I track the status of my order?

Our orders are shipped by international postal service; they will be passed on to the national postal service in your country after clearing customs. You may track your parcel on their websites. For example:

Australia – auspost.com.au

Greece – elta.gr

UK – royalmail.com

USA – usps.com                                                              

And so on……

Please note that some countries postal service fails to update the parcel once it goes overseas! Please do not panic, your parcel should reach you within the usual time frame. Please check out our shipping page for full descriptions.

 

Can you special order a product/part for me?

If you see something you like online that you can’t find anywhere else, please feel free to ask us if we can find it for you. We would like to add more stuff to our inventory too! If the part is available through one of our suppliers, we would be happy to order it for you.

 

How do I buy OEM/factory parts?

As we are specialty store which caters for only a few models, first start by selecting your vehicle make. You will be taken to a page with a model list of the make. From there you may select you vehicle model. As model years are different for each country, the years are a rough estimate only. Pictures of the vehicle are shown also to help confirm the specific model.

 

Why doesn't the item photo look the same as my part?

We may use stock photos to represent the on our website if we do not have our own photos.  Also, many of the items we have fit a wide variety of models. Sometimes we do not have photos of all color variants of an item.

If you have ordered according to your ride in the item’s fitting list, you can rest assured that the part ordered will match your request.

 

I saw an item in your site before but I can't find it now?

Please contact one of our support staff to ask if the item is still available and has not been discontinued.

 

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

YES, but only if it hasn’t been shipped out yet. If it has already been shipped, please wait for delivery then contact customer support for your exchange or return.

 

What do I do if I received my order and the product is damaged?

Please retain all packing materials and contact us to open a ticket. If possible please attach photos of the damaged goods along with your email.

How do I return an item?

We accept any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of the date you receive your item. Items must show no signs of wear and tear. Please contact us to arrange for a return together with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds can be processed within 2 business days after being received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to one week for the credit to be returned to your account.
